Pueblo Sex Offender Registry Program Support

The New Mexico (NM) Pueblo Sex Offender Registry Program is a collaborative effort between the Pueblos of Acoma, Isleta and Zuni and the American Indian Development Associates and Laguna Industries, Inc.

This initiative is a project of the NM Tribal Crime Data Project (TCDP), which is expanding efforts to achieve information sharing and data exchange by using web-based and other information technology systems.

Through this overall mission we are working to improve the public safety and protection by using information technology (IT) tools to enable access to timely, accurate and complete history information.

The focus of the project is to increase tribal capacity and capability for sex offender notification, registration and tracking required under the 2006 Adam Walsh Act.
